CONSUMER BEHAVIOR
On Thursday, September 7 th 2017, for the first time I entered in the class of consumer behavior courses in the B1-C3 room from 13:00 to 15:30 . T his consumer behavior is the first course that I entered in semester 5. L ecturer teaching consumer behavior is Prof. Dr. Ir Ujang Sumarwan MSc. A t the beginning of the lecture before entering the material of consumer behavior, Mr. Ujang provides a simple question as to what the meaning of the consumer is and asks sequentially according to the seat from front to back. F rom there my first impression to Mr. ujang he is a cool and funny lecturer. there are several benefits in studying consumer behavior such that companies can understand the consumer, analyze consumer behavior well, for the government to be able to draft rules and laws to protect consumers, and help consumers to make decisions wisely.
